PVoc Certificate

The Algerian Government has introduced the Algerian Certificate of Conformity to control the safety, quality and safety of imported goods in order to impose a limit on customs. This document must be provided by the exporting country.

enabling international trade, preventing delays at customs and preventing non-conforming products.

It was made mandatory in January 2015 by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS). Kenya's PVoC program aimed to ensure the quality, safety and security of the goods entering the country, to enable international trade, to prevent delays at customs and to reduce the potential losses that may arise from the import of non-conforming products. A Certificate of Conformity has been made mandatory for every product exported to Kenya.

The Iraqi government has imposed a limitation on the quality, safety and security of the goods to be brought into the country and to control the customs, and has brought a loading document requirement for the exports to be made. This obligation brought by it, as in many countries, has presented some specifications due to its own standards.

​Libya mandatory surveillance program is implemented pursuant to Resolution of Governor of Central Bank of Libya No 96 of the year 2015 issued on April 30th, 2015. This procedure is used for the Certificate of Conformity required when passing through Libyan customs gates.

The list of documents required for the PVoC certificate is as follows;​

• Application form

• Proforma invoice

• Physical check before loading

• Commercial Invoice , Packing List

• Test and analysis reports made in the accredited laboratory

• Quality Certificates with International Validity

As a result of the completion of the above-mentioned procedures, the Certificate of Conformity is provided.
