CERTIFICATE

SONCAP is a certificate required for import and export to Nigeria. This document is required to limit substandard or unsafe products in exports, that is, it is a certificate of conformity.

 
Before the products are shipped, the product registration we call PCR certificate. In this certificate, the products to be sent are registered and valid for 1 year.

Documents required for PCR certificate;
 

Product List (with HS Codes), accredited test reports of the products and the current ISO 9001 QMS Certificate of the manufacturer company (If the company does not have test reports and ISO 9001 Certificate, we carry out transactions by us).
 

For companies that produce in the medical field, ISO 13485 Quality Management System Certificate for Medical Devices is required.

•         Commercial Invoice & Packing List
•         FORM M Document (Document provided by the customer from the Bank of Nigeria based on the PCR Document)
•         BL (Language) Form number and BA number in the form M requirement must be processed
